What a great response! Less than one week into our registration deposit system for Sunless Summit 2018, we have 60 deposits paid. That's the total number of attendees we had in 2017...so we are pumped! Don't forget, you have until May 21 to guarantee that you will have an opportunity to attend next year.
We had a couple of questions come up after the announcement last week, so I wanted to address those publicly.
First, we really have ZERO idea where we will hold Summit next year. I know that is of absolutely no help to most of you, but because the event is new, we are definitely wanting to explore our options in multiple cities to see who can offer us not only the best rates but also the best experience. We are looking at places from East coast to West coats and points in between, so truly...your guess is as good as mine at this point.
Second, I've been asked a couple of times about what attendance would cost total so people can plan accordingly. Sadly, the answer to this question is so variable...I can't give a good estimate. Travel expenses are something I can't predict but I can tell you that we will do our absolute best to keep registration fees reasonable because we want as many of you there as possible!
Last, May 21 is the final day to pay a deposit and GUARANTEE that you will be able to attend. Once our location is secured, we will give those who have paid the deposit the chance to register and once that early bird registration closes, we will open up any remaining spots to those who did not pay a deposit on a first come, first serve basis. We will definitely have to cap attendance again this year so paying a deposit is the best way to secure a space and to let us know you wish to attend.
